!Good morning! What a pretty, sunny, snowy morning it is. I guess I'll have to do all my "snow" activities tomorrow before it turns into summer on Wednesday! ha!
So, I actually can't believe we're looking at another vacation-it has flown since Christmas. We had so much Valentine's fun last week-thanks to everyone for the treats! We had a wonderful selection of gluten-free and nut-free goodies in the morning class and boy did we have a blast making our own ice cream sundaes in the afternoon! Thanks for the teachers treats as well!
The morning class will have a little "penguin" fun this week as we head into vacation. We'll be making penguin crafts, walking like penguins, reading about penguins and using "fish" to practice our first initials! It's going to be lots of fun.
The afternoon class has been talking about children's author Jan Brett and will continue this week. On Thursday we read The Hat and we have a super cute hedgehog project to make tomorrow. We're also going to spend some time "catching up" from all the snow days.. We have some rhyming practice, stroke imitation practice and letter ID practice to keep us busy!
Outside days are apt to be quite muddy this week-don't forget boots. Enjoy the pretty day and have a great, healthy week!
