Good morning! Anyone else watch the wedding yesterday morning! It was kind of fun!
This week should be fun as well, when the morning class meets Mrs. Wishy-Washy! We've been talking a lot about animals stuck in the mud and Mrs. Wishy-Washy isn't having any of that! We'll be sorting, counting, and sequencing events with her this week! Can't wait!
The afternoon class has been so excited about gardening and were pretty proud of their beans that went home on Thursday! We're hopeful that the sunflower seeds we planted on Monday will do as well-fingers crossed! We've had great conversations about planting and what seeds need to grow. It was VERY interesting to see our beans grow without soil!
We continue to write (draw) in our journals this week and are also practicing letters and sounds just about every single day! Did you notice our flowers on the bulletin board-great number practice!
It's looking to be a pretty nice week-looking forward to as much outside time as possible!
Enjoy the rest of your day and let's have a great week!
Robin
p.s. we could really use some plastic SPOONS and mini water bottles for super thirsty kiddos! Thanks in advance!:))
p.s.s. End of year shows will both be on WEDNESDAY JUNE 20TH-please mark your calendars. The morning show will be at approximately 9:00 and you are welcome to take your child home with you after. We will still be here on Thursday morning for those who choose to attend.
The afternoon festivities will be approximately 12-2, starting with a family barbecue, then the performance by the children and finally a slideshow presentation that I've already started working on! This will be the last day of school for the afternoon class. More details to come-I just want everyone to have time to plan. thanks
